Overview
This 2-day weekend workshop is for anyone who wants to explore the joy of still life painting. Suitable for pure novices or more experienced artists. Your tutor Marcus Hotblack is a regular at RedShed and will guide you through this popular genre, setting up your tableaux and the process of painting still life. Marcus will also do short demos to assist you and will individually help and coach you as you work.
You will be working in acrylic, with paint and a board supplied by RedShed. However, you are welcome to bring and use your own materials if you prefer to work in oil or watercolour.
