Libby has been teaching in the screenprinting on fabric arena since 1999. Originally at RMIT in the Textile Design and Development course and more recently in her backyard studio in Bendigo, in regional towns and most recently at the RedShed.
Overview
At the two-day screenprinting on fabric workshop you will create a vibrant large swatch of your own unique design. The first day will be a practise and preparation day for printing a final swatch on the second day.
Participants will have access to printing 4-5 colours onto their final swatch. The large fabric piece will be hung and photographed before being cut up for you to take home. By the end of the second day you will have two large fabric swatches.
Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is a great way to explore colour, pattern, texture and the magic of screen printing.
