Terms and Conditions for Courses and Workshops
Fees
Fees will be advised for each course or workshop. No GST component.
Payment of fees
Payment of the full course or workshop fee is required at the time of enrolment to secure your place.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All courses and workshops require a minimum number of enrolments to proceed. Participants will be notified at least one week prior to the scheduled commencement if a course or workshop is to be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be made.
Generally, no refund is payable for cancellations by participants within 5-days of the course or workshop commencing, as it can be difficult to fill the space left and replace the lost income.
Marketing
We take photos or videos of participants and artworks. These are used for RedShed Arts Workshop promotional purposes such as advertising, brochures, social media, editorials, and website. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for RedShed Arts Workshop. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of you or your artwork please notify us.
Privacy
When you send us an email, register your contact details or enrol in a course or workshop, your contact details will be recorded. Contact information you supply to RedShed Arts Workshop will not be disclosed without your express consent, except where required by law.
Valuables
RedShed Arts Workshop accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal items or art materials belonging to students.
