Drawing and Abstration with
David Golightly

Tuesdays, six-week course, commencing June 27

10 am - 1 pm

David Golightly lives in Newstead and may well be familiar to you through Open Studios as well as several exhibitions at galleries in Castlemaine. He is a very experienced teacher at both secondary and tertiary level and for a number of years was the Facility Co-ordinator at Gasworks Arts Park in South Melbourne. He holds a Masters Degree in Visual Arts, Diploma of Art and Design, majoring in ceramics and printmaking.

Overview

Students will be introduced to various topics, subject matter and techniques that are designed
to set out a logical pathway to a creative interpretation utilising varying degrees of abstraction.
The course will cover drawing methods, mixed media and painting.
Course cost $270
